1. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for premade items within 10 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Eligibility: If you wish to return a premade item for a refund, please contact our customer support team at orders@natakikmoon.com within the specified return window. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a premade item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Order Processing Time: • All non-custom orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that order processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs: • Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination of the delivery, and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs will be provided to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
